Treatment Rooms

Nine individual treatment rooms, all with infinite personal touches, cater for a full spectrum of superlative spa therapies; each room has been specifically designed with your every comfort in mind.

The ESPA brand used at Fistral Spa is synonymous with luxury four and five star hotels all over the world offering luxurious and particularly effective treatments. All our therapists are trained to an exceptionally high standard in order to ensure every single client is provided with a truly relaxing and indulgent experience, whatever their needs may be.

Relaxation Room

Our purposefully designed relaxation room will lead you into a state of serenity and calm. With reclined loungers, evocative sounds and ambient lighting, come in before and after treatments to unwind and attune your inner self. Complimentary herbal teas, water and fruit are also provided.

Swimming Pool

Indoor, heated deck-level swimming pool (11m), complete with underwater music and massaging water cannons. In the Fistral Spa pool, you will swim beneath the stars!

Fitness suite

Fitness suite containing Life Fitness equipment with state-of-the-art AV equipment to entertain whilst training.

Jacuzzi - Steam room - Sauna

Changing Facilities

Well appointed amenities with individual lockers, two power showers, hair dryer and private enclosed changing spaces. Further changing facilities are available in the Fistral Spa relaxation area including vanity units and hair dryers.

The Bay Bar

Open from 10am serving a range of fresh juices, soft drinks, beers, wines, spirits, coffee and a selection of teas.

The Bay Bar food menu is in operation from 12pm-6pm daily. A tailored Fistral Spa lunch menu is available.

Retail Area

An extensive range of ESPA products and gift boxes are available for purchase from the Spa Reception. Indeed, most products used during treatments are on offer to allow you greater consistency with your beauty routine until your next appointment is scheduled with us. Gift boxes are a perfect way to introduce someone to the delights of the ESPA range at Fistral Spa or to take home and indulge yourself to complete your pampering experience.

Classes

Fistral Spa offers a wide variety of exercise, fitness and CV classes to suit everyone.  These are individually designed by our in-house fitness team and incorporate the local area.

Parking

Available at the front of the hotel, this is limited at our busiest times but free on-road parking is available.
