Pool and Gym Membership Options

Embark on a new, healthier lifestyle with a Fistral Spa pool and Gym membership. To help you get the most out of your gym regime, we've made our pool and gym memberships as flexible as possible. Monthly options are available if you'd like to see how you go but we also provide great rates if you sign up with us for three months, six months, or a year.  We also have different levels of gym memberships too, catering for use of the gym, enjoying our gym classes and including luxury spa treatments too.

Many of our members have been with us since our launch in 2007, proving that Fistral Spa in Newquay is indeed a highly rated facility. If you would like to arrange a welcome tour of our facilities, please call us on 01637 852 221 to book in.

Pool and Gym Membership Benefits

As a member you will have exclusive access to a variety of special offers within the hotels, Bay Bar and spa.
At present the current offers are:

• 10% discount on food and drink in The Bay Votel Restaurant and The Bay Bar
• 10% disount on accommodation at The Bay Hotel
• 10% discount on selected ESPA treatments (Monday to Thursday 9am-3pm) excluding packages
• Priority invitations to promotional evenings hosted by our therapists. We hold a variet of events throughout they year to teach you about new treatments, introduce new products or just to get together and enjoy a glass of wine or two and some tasty tapas!

• Deck level swimming pool (11m) with massaging water cannons

• Changing Facilities – well appointed comfortable areas with individual lockers and two power showers. Further changing facilities in relaxation area include vanity unit and hair dryers
• Gym – the gym contains Life Fitness cardivascular and resistance equipment, plus free weights too. Equipment includes state-of-the-art built in AV facilities to entertain whilst you train
• The Bay Bar - open from 10am serving a range of juices, smoothies, beer, wine, coffee and a selection of teas. Food menu in operation from 12pm-6pm daily, plus an evening tapas & cocktail menu too
• Nine treatment rooms – filled with ESPA products and treatments developed for Fistral Spa. Individual rooms with personal touches. Fistral Suite suitable for two people to enjoy treatments simultaneously
• Relaxation room - our purposefully designed relaxation room will lead you into a deeper state of relaxation. Come in before and after treatments to unwind. Herbal teas, water and fruit available
• Retail Area
• Wide variety of exercise, fitness and CV classes to suit everyone, as individually designed by our in house fitness team
• Parking – available at the front of the hotel, this is limited at our busiest times but free on-road parking is available

Opening Hours

Fistral Spa is open 7 days a week, 364 days a year.

The swimming pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and gym are open between 7.00am and 9.00pm, with last admission at 8pm.

Treatments can be booked between 10.00am and 6.00pm. Late night availability until 8.00pm on Tuesdays and Fridays.

In order to maintain a haven of tranquillity children under 16 are not allowed to use the facilities at Fistral Spa.
