ZUMBA With Sagara - When participants see a Zumba class in action they cannot wait to give it a try.  Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high energy Latin and international beats.  Before participants know it they are getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There is no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness Party.  It is easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating. You do not need rhythm or coordination you just need to want to have fun and meet like minded people. Getting fit has never been as much fun

CORE   - Express core is an intensive 30 minute class focusing on activating and conditioning the muscles of your core. Each class will focus on recruiting and training the muscles of your powerhouse, the core. These muscles are essential in performing everyday tasks and improving overall strength and tone. The benefits of core training include improved posture, better performance in sports and everyday tasks and also injury prevention.

BOOTCAMP - Ready for an intensive full body workout? Then Bay Bootcamp is for you. Be prepared for an hour of strength conditioning and cardiovascular training. This is a circuit style workout incorporating a combination of freeweights, resistance, heart rate raising and body weight exercises. Each exercise can be adapted to match your ability and fitness level meaning there are no excuses for not getting involved and reaching your fitness goals.

CORE CIRCUIT COMBO - Split into 30 minute sections our Core Circuit Combo class brings together elements from both our Bootcamp and Core fitness classes. The class will focus on engaging and training your core muscles, improving your posture and strengthening your inner unit before moving onto a high energy circuit section, working all areas of the body and burning off excess calories and improving your cardiovascular fitness.

BOXING FIT - Bring out your fighting spirit and increase your cardio fitness in our new class, Boxing Fit. Using a combination of boxing techniques, pad work and cardio drills this class will help increase your stamina, raise your heart rate, tone your muscles and give you a full body workout. Pads and gloves are provided, just bring your kick butt attitude! ( and a bottle of water).

THE BAY HEALTH CLUB   - Would you be interested in learning about health, nutrition and gym tips to help lose weight maintain weight or gain muscle? Then all you have to do is sign below! These 30 minute short classes are informative and help you reach your goals. These classes are aimed to help reach the targets you’ve set yourself for the New Year and include: Diet and exercise diaries! (So bring a pen and notepad) Short videos – Showing some good exercises for home and gym use! Information Slides – With dietary & nutrition advice!  Good Food – Meals of the week! To give you that healthy option!

YOGA - Tuesday with Kristin
Have you ever wondered about yoga? Did you ever want to try it? Here is a class for you.
Yoga will help you feeling more flexible on the inside and the outside. In one hour we will practice physical poses, breathing techniques and relaxation. All levels are welcome. This form of Hatha yoga focuses on opening the heart and feeling connected to all things surrounding us. Namaste

Thursday  morning with Louise
Louise's class starts with bringing your awareness inwards, gentle mobilization of the joints, sun salutations then quite a physically demanding, usually flowing, series of asanas, some fun challenges (quite often upside down) easing into seated postures, some pranayama (breathing techniques) and a much needed relax in Savasana (corpse pose). Louises classes are quite tough but she'll help you direct your attention inwards and focus on the breath which brings about a profound shift in consciousness.

Synergy Yoga utilizes the human body as the guide to correct anatomical alignment, structural balance, and energetic application of yoga techniques. All techniques honour and recognise the individuality of every student and are adjusted for body shapes and proportions.Synergy is about union, the underlying unity of our intimately tied breath and mental state, when the body, breath and mind are united, health and well-being can be achieved and a sense of balance restored.Synergy Yoga combines the synergistic healing system of the traditional yogic tools of Breathing, Postures and Relaxation.
