The Gym

The state-of-the-art gym at Fistral Spa is fully equipped with the latest Life Fitness cardiovascular and resistance equipment. The treadmills, upright and recumbent lifecycles and cross-trainers come with personal TV screens to entertain whilst training.

Hotel guests receive a free membership during their stay at The Bay Hotel. We also offer a limited number of memberships to non-residents. Please see our membership page for more information.

Fistral Spa offers guests and members professional one-to-one health and wellness programmes specified to your needs, please ask at Spa Reception for more information on our Personal Training sessions.
