Spencer grew up in Newquay, Cornwall and is an iconic member of the European surfing scene. Having been a major player on the UK surf scene for over two decades Spencer has Five British Titles (two Open & three Junior) two ESPA European Tour titles to his name.

Spencer is know as ‘Hurricane’ Hargraves to his mates and has surfed all around the globe, starring in countless magazine covers and photoshoots.
