Pan fried Breast of Chicken accompanied by a tian of apple, walnut, potato and homemade mayonnaise

Fresh grilled Cornish Lemon Sole cooked with caper and garlic butter and served with beetroot relish, mixed leaves and buttered Cornish new potatoes

Roasted Fillet of Scottish Salmon served with a salad of warm vine tomatoes and olives, topped with shavings of Parmesan

Tempura battered assiette of Seafood served with rocket, sweet chilli sauce and buttered Cornish new potatoes

Chef's Catch of The Day served with a panache of seasonal vegetables and buttered Cornish new potatoes

10oz Cornish Sirloin Steak served with thick cut homemade chips, onion rings, beef steak tomato, button mushrooms and a side salad.  Accompanied with a peppercorn or Tarragon cream sauce

Roast leg of English Lamb served with fondant potato and thyme gravy

Filo Pastry Strudel stuffed with sauteed Mediterranean vegetables and Mozarella cheese all drizzled with basil oil

Vanilla Creme Brulee with shortbread

The Bay Hotel Cheese Platter - trio of local Cornish cheese served with grapes, celery, apple wedges, cherry tomatoes and cheese biscuits
