Professional Yoga Instructor - Phil Aston (BWT Dip)
The yoga sessions are directed by Phil Aston (BWT Dip), Director and founder of Yoga at Work. Phil holds a full teaching diploma with the British Wheel of Yoga (recognised by the UK Government as the governing body for yoga in the UK) and an 'Advanced Instructor Level 3 Certificate' with the Register of Exercise Professionals.
His teaching style is fun, full of practical tips and non competitive. Phil is a very popular yoga teacher having appeared in Discovery Health, Yoga Magazine, Yoga and Health magazine and writing regular articles on stress management in USP Magazine.
Phil worked in management for over 20 years and is an excellent public speaker, using humour, common sense and logic in his teaching style. Founding 'Yoga at Work' in 2000, Phil's unique background has seen him take yoga into the corporate world, encourage more men and women to try yoga and really bring home his personal mantra of "making yoga work for you".
