Conferences
Here at The Bay Hotel we offer comprehensive conference facilities in one of the most stunning locations in Newquay, Cornwall. Business can be mixed with pleasure if you take advantage of our professional conference facilities with delegates having the opportunity to stay overnight to unwind after a productive day to make use of the hotel facilities and dine in our excellent restaurant.
The Bay is situated overlooking Fistral Beach with uninterrupted panoramic views over the roaring Atlantic Ocean, enjoys great transport links, large parking areas, stylishly refurbished interiors and state of the art conference facilities. Viewing is highly recommended.
Facilities
Equipped with a conference room and suite for private hire, The Bay View Restaurant and a section of The Bay Bar can also be reserved for use.
The Bay Conference Room can accommodate the following capacities (please see images below for room layouts):

•Classroom = 16 + top table of 3 people
•Theatre = 40 people
•U-Shape = 16 people
The Bay Suite can hold:
•Boardroom = 40 people
•Classroom = 20 people
•Theatre = 100 people

Conference Packages
We offer two day delegate alternatives:
Fistral
£24.95 per person - To include our Conference buffet lunch, with a choice of hot dish
Ocean
£29.95 per person - To include a two-course sit down lunch. Extra course optional at £4.
Each day delegate rate includes room hire, jugs of iced water, tea coffee & biscuits on arrival and mid-morning, lunch (specific to package type) and tea & coffee in the afternoon, plus conference pads and pens for each delegate.
