Here at The Bay Hotel we offer a perfect all round experience for the corporate world with some of the best conference facilities in Cornwall.  At its simplest free WiFi is in operation throughout the hotel meaning that a breakfast or lunch meeting with us can prove a seamless transition from office to the dining table.  Plus, our central location, within close proximity to the A30 and Newquay Airport too means we are an ideal base for those of you travelling and need a business stay in Cornwall.

If you're looking to plan a monthly meeting you don't have the personal office space for or perhaps need to conduct a round of interviews then our Bay Conference Room is the place to be, and can be hired on as little as an hourly basis.

Beyond this we cater for all-day conferences (with day delegate packages available) and complete overnight packages too, which often include spa treatments, team building surf lessons and large scale corporate dining and evening events.
