Through a little extra creativity, effort and compromise, a Green Meeting Package has been developed to ensure that business and environmental objectives can be achieved in tandem.

Day Delegate Rate from £34.99 inc. VAT

bowl and homemade accompaniments (sustainable ingredients)

✓ Extensive 3 course hot and cold buffet lunch in the Restaurant with tea or coffee or a working

✓ Jugs of iced tap water or Cornish still & sparkling mineral water

✓ Fairtrade boiled sweets throughout the conference

✓ Screen, flipchart and recycled marker pens

✓ Writing pads made from 100% recycled paper and pens

All meeting rooms feature natural daylight and complimentary wireless internet access.

Minimum numbers for all packages are 10 people.

We have a strong commitment to sustainability, environment best practice is taken into consideration with our dedicated conference facilities having been established with sustainability in mind.

Catering
Refreshments are chosen with an emphasis on local and fair trade food and drink. The team welcomes discussion as to specific requirements and options and in conjunction with our facilities staff will endeavour to meet your requirements and provide a sustainable choice with minimal environmental and social impact. There is a local produce buffet option on our catering menu and our chefs work in line with our sustainability policy.
