BRIDAL FAYRE 26 FEBRUARY

On Sunday 26 February 2012, The Esplanade Hotel will be open to all between 11am and 3pm for it's first ever Bridal Fayre. The Fayre is an ideal opportunity for anyone planning a wedding or civil partnership to visit the Hotel and meet a wide variety of local wedding suppliers. We know that a lot goes in to planning that special day so we have brought everything under one roof for an afternoon of all things wedding.

With suppliers from all over the South West in attendance and 2 fabulous venues to check out – including our sister hotel, The Bay and Fistral Spa, there’s plenty of ideas and advice on hand to help inspire you for your perfect day.
There will also be a prize draw from attendees on the day to win a luxurious treatment at Fistral Spa, as well as numerous other prizes donated by some of the fantastic suppliers who will be showcasing.

Weddings in Newquay

We are licensed to perform the wedding service and we also have a choice of function rooms for your celebration, with the ability to cater for up to 250 guests. All areas have been cleverly designed by our interior designers to achieve the all important balance between contemporary, modern living and those all important classic values.

Because we are a family run hotel we understand that each Bride and her family have their own special requirements, which is why we offer a bespoke and tailored service to suit your individual wants and needs.

We can also offer indulgent pre-wedding pamper packages at our sister hotel, The Bay, and hen party ideas too so you feel relaxed, pampered and radiant before your big day.

 

Civil Ceremonies

Civil ceremonies at The Esplanade provide a popular alternative to a church or registry office.

Civil ceremonies are conducted by the Superintendent Registrar and registered by the Registrar. If you've decided to have a civil wedding, it is essential to make an advanced booking with the Registrar. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get the date you want. The Esplanade Ballroom

Contemporary and stylish, The Esplanade Ballroom can be arranged to suit your requirements and seats 80 guests comfortably.

 

Accommodation

The Esplanade Hotel offers flexible accommodation for your guests. Awarded 3* status, all of the hotel bedrooms are attractively furnished to ensure your guests' stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. To help ease the expense we offer 10% off all rooms booked for your wedding guests. Plus, when you book your wedding with us, you two get a complimentary Best room to enjoy on your wedding night!

Hotel rooms are ordinarily available at 3:30pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10:30am on the morning of departure. As weddings do not always fit in around those times, we have got both early check-in and late departure options available. The number of rooms is obviously limited in these instances and we can only arrange in the few weeks preceding the big day. These offers are allocated on a first come first served basis. Please note, peak dates do have a two-night minimum stay restriction.

To help with this, we have created three all-inclusive wedding packages, to suit a range of tastes and budgets. By letting us take care of all the components, you will find substantial discount is achieved over booking and ordering each item separately. To choose one of our packages you can be assured that each step of your day will be carried out with as much attention to detail and finesse as if you had prepared it all yourself.
