The Ocean View Restaurant

Dining at The Esplanade is a great experience and takes place in our light, spacious and contempory Ocean View Restaurant.  Enjoy the panoramic views of Fistral Beach whilst you dine with us day and night.  Our head chef, Dave Brazewell, is highly imaginative in the daily menus he creates, ensuring he uses the freshest seasonal and local produce for our guests to enjoy.

Breakfast

Often considered the most important meal of the day we always have a hearty breakfast offering, with a large selection of traditional cooked breakfast items plus a range of cereals, fruits, pastries and continental meats and cheeses to choose from too.  Plenty to set you up for a full day's surfing at the beach!

Dinner

Enjoy pre-dinner drinks in the hotel lounge or Pebbles Bar and take in the wonderful views and dramatic sunsets we regularly see at Fistral Beach, whilst our top team of chefs prepare a choice of exciting dishes for you.  We offer a delicious three course Menu Du Jour plus an extensive A La Carte menu too.  Children's meals are available. An extensive wine selection is on offer to complement your food.

To complete your dining experience, chill out with a coffee, or perhaps another glass of wine in our comfortable lounge overlooking the beach. Pebbles Bar is a great venue for family entertainment and there is a varied programme throughout the season, including dance nights in the Ballroom.
