As a way of saying thank you to our loyal customers, we have introduced our Loyalty Club. Our Loyalty Club is free to join and available to guests who have stayed with us at least once before.

Loyalty Club members will be entitled to discounts throughout the year aswell as no cancelation charges should you need to cancel your stay. Further details will be updated and listed on this page. As a member you are entitled to the following:

We are delighted to offer all of our Esplanade Hotel Loyalty Members 10% off accommodation on every visit with us. 

Free room upgrade 

Simply mention the Loyalty Scheme at time of booking and if we have an available upgrade on the day of your arrival we will upgrade you free of charge.

Free drinks voucher

On arrival you will be issued with a complimentary voucher.

Quote the 'Loyalty Club' if you're booking over the phone or insert the code 'LoyaltyClub' on the final booking page if booking online and if you're a member of our loyalty club we'll apply the 10% discount to your accommodation booking.
